Job Description
This is a dynamic product category management role with ghd hair based in Brisbane, QLD.
* Oversee the entire performance and strategy of a product category (e.g., Straighteners, Hairdryers, Wet to Dry) in line with the broader business and marketing strategy.
Drive consumer-focused growth for our categories and brands by creating annual plans, setting bold objectives, and leading product launches.
Shape marketing strategies that boost revenue and profit by leveraging deep consumer insights.
Develop and execute integrated 360° campaigns that align with ghd ANZ's goals, making a real impact on the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a product/brand or category manager role or similar role within the retail, beauty or consumer goods industry.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive category performance.
* Expertise in brand, product and/or category management, pricing strategies, and retail optimisation.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
* A proven track record of driving successful commercial outcomes on brands or product launches to deliver business KPIs.
