The Project Manager will be a key member of the Infrastructure Services Delivery (ISD) Department, leading a range of capital works projects, including new builds and refurbishments, aimed at enhancing patient care and service delivery. From inception to completion, using the ISD Project Management Framework, your focus will be on delivering projects within quality, time, and cost constraints, ensuring strong governance and strategic alignment.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Project Management or relevant qualifications
* Experience managing projects with structured project management methods and tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
* Experience in project governance and liaising with executive levels
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
* Budget management and financial reconciliation experience
* Strong written communication skills for preparing reports, plans, and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project is required. Experience in managing capital projects is highly regarded. Note that this role is not technical construction or ICT-based.
