The Role - Business Growth Executive
This role creates business growth by building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and selling solutions.
The successful candidate will understand customer needs and build long-term trusted partnerships using our product, service, and solution portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Collaborate with sales teams to implement strategies that accelerate growth and deliver optimal solutions.
* Understand customer business drivers, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.
* Maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring objectives are met.
* Balance short-term and long-term growth by pursuing new and existing accounts and expanding market share.
* Build and maintain internal and external partnerships and stay current with our solutions and industry trends.
* Accurately forecast sales pipeline, monitor progress, and develop strategies to address gaps.
* Update and maintain all account information and activity in CRM tools.
* Support team initiatives, including customer success stories and marketing events.
Performance Measures
* Achieves sales quota and profitability targets.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
* 5-7 years of strategic B2B sales experience in software and solutions in complex environments.
* Proven track record in exceeding $5M annual quotas.
* Strong business acumen, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Experience with partner and alliance sales.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable at senior management levels.
* Ability to work with virtual teams and uphold company values.
