**Access Your Supports**
Director Ralph Menchise has brought together a team of professional and experienced staff who are passionate about positive participant outcomes. Not only does Access Your Supports (AYS) deliver quality support services and empower participants to achieve their life goals with the services available to them under the NDIS, Access Your Supports will also work closely with participants to implement a plan that will work.
**Job purpose**:
The graduate will work under the direct supervision of a clinical supervisor to deliver therapy to NDIS participants.
**General duties include (but not limited to)**:
- Provision of therapy to NDIS participants
- Provision of group therapy programs
- Review incoming referrals
- Meet with supervisor on a regular basis to review current caseload
- Meet agreed fortnightly Key Performance Indicators
- Identify professional development opportunities
**What we're looking for **
- A strong desire to learn and grow as an allied health professional
- Passionate about helping people with a can-do attitude
- Collaborative and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt communicative style to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
**Clearances and Registrations**
- Current or eligibility for registration with appropriate governing body (e.g AHPRA)
- Cleared National NDIS Worker Screen Check
- Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
