About Siecap
Siecap is a specialist project management and advisory firm, delivering integrated, end-to-end solutions across diverse industries. Backed by a team of accomplished professionals, we have successfully delivered projects of all sizes and complexities for some of the world's leading organisations.
In the water sector, we support organisations by embedding expertise, strengthening procurement and operational delivery capability, and providing practical, outcome-driven solutions to manage risk, improve performance, and build resilience.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator – Chemicals to join our Brisbane-based Water Sector team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to and manage high-impact client supply chain operations across demand planning and forecasting, inventory management, tank storage management, replenishment scheduling and ordering, and supplier engagement.
The Role
As a Logistics Coordinator – Chemicals, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of water treatment plants through the uninterrupted supply and inventory management of chemicals on-site and at supplier locations. You'll work across the end-to-end chemical value chain, including demand planning and forecasting, inventory and replenishment management, tank storage management, reporting, process governance, and supplier engagement.
This role is ideal for a seasoned demand planner or logistics coordinator with experience in bulk chemical management or the management of other critical input materials. It would particularly suit a "roll-up-your-sleeves" operator who thrives on being on the ground, understands the practical realities of chemical logistics, and operates under high safety and compliance standards. You'll be someone who's across the details, comfortable in hi-vis, and able to bring people and processes together to drive operational improvements. At the same time, you'll have a strategic view of supply chain performance and resilience, acting as the conduit between water treatment plant operators and supervisors across multiple geographically dispersed locations and key suppliers of critical water treatment chemicals—especially during periods of fluctuating seasonal demand.
Whether you're already operating at a supervisor or coordinator level or looking to transition into a leadership role, we will support your growth and development. You'll have the opportunity to make your mark, shape the role, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the evolution of our managed services practice.
