Specfast Dubbo supplies fasteners and industrial consumables to construction, engineering and trade customers across the Central West region. The branch services a wide range of local businesses and the days are varied and busy. This role is a mix of warehouse work and counter sales. You’ll be helping customers at the trade counter, processing orders, picking and packing stock and keeping the warehouse organised. It’s a small team environment where everyone pitches in. Some days you’ll be out the back moving stock, other days you’ll be helping customers find the right product or preparing orders for collection. If you enjoy staying busy, dealing with trade customers and being part of a tight team, you’ll fit in well here. What you’ll be doing Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone Processing orders and preparing quotes Picking, packing and receiving stock Keeping the warehouse organised and stock accurate Supporting general branch operations as needed What we’re looking for Previous warehouse, wholesale or trade sales experience Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone Strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Exposure to purchasing or stock control is beneficial Current driver’s licence - essential Forklift licence – helpful but not essential Full Australian working rights What you’ll get Monday to Friday hours Profit share that rewards performance Stable long-term role with a well-established business Sound like you?
