Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and keen to play a pivotal role in depot administration? Inland Petroleum, with over 39 years of experience servicing regional Australia, is seeking a Customer Service & Depot Administrator for their Dubbo office. This permanent position offers the chance to join a dynamic team, support their sophisticated network of bulk fuel distribution, and contribute to their reputation for reliability and quality. Your understanding of freight operations will help you provide accurate information and efficient booking support to Inland Petroleum's customers.
What you'll be doing
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the Dubbo Office
* Accurately and promptly answer phones, emails, and customer enquiries
* Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with customers
* Manage daily depot administration tasks including mail, banking, and invoicing
* Assist with stock control and office supply orders
* Maintain tidy and compliant office and depot spaces
* Support continuous improvement and ISO 9001 compliance
* Take and distribute Toolbox meeting minutes
* Coordinate customer feedback and surveys
* Undertake additional administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Experience or understanding of freight and logistics operations
* Forklift License (or willingness to obtain)
* Proven experience in customer service and administration
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Certificate III in Business, Customer Service, or Engagement (desirable)
* Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and exceeding customer expectations
