About the Role
As an HR Coordinator ready to move into an HR Advisor role, this is a great opportunity. You'll be involved in:
* Advising managers on employee relations and performance management.
* Handling performance issues and helping resolve them.
* Making sure HR policies and procedures are followed and compliant with legal requirements.
* Taking on a range of HR tasks to support the team.
About You
You're an HR Coordinator looking to step up into an HR Advisor role. You'll bring:
* At least 2 years of exposure to HR practices, preferably in an industrial or blue-collar environment
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience using Microsoft Excel.
* The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
