About this role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Government & Administrative Law practice in Perth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of Commonwealth Departments and Agencies, primarily in public law litigation.
This hands-on role will see you assisting more senior lawyers to prepare for conferences, conciliations and hearings in the Administrative Review Tribunal. You will gain invaluable experience and develop your skills, knowledge and expertise in the field of public law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing for conferences, conciliations and hearings in the Administrative Review Tribunal
* Conduct research and analysis on legal issues
* Develop and maintain accurate and detailed files and records
Requirements:
* Completed Australian law degree or equivalent
* Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills
* Ability to think strategically and make sound judgments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
