Senior Digital Advertising Specialist
A fast-growing global digital advertising agency is looking to bring in a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to focus on driving growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting deep into performance: owning optimisation, testing and scaling campaigns, while still working closely with clients on strategy and outcomes.
What you'll be doing
* Taking ownership of performance across paid search and paid media campaigns
* Identifying growth opportunities through testing, experimentation and optimisation
* Working closely with clients to improve ROI, conversion rates and overall funnel performance
* Analysing campaign data to uncover trends and actionable insights
* Collaborating with internal teams across creative, analytics and strategy
What we're looking for
* 2+ years' experience in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
* Strong understanding of optimisation, testing frameworks and performance levers
* Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on insights
* Someone who enjoys a hands‐on, fast‐paced environment
* Commercial mindset with a focus on results and outcomes
