Delivering strategic legal advice on contractual matters and potential disputes. Providing project consulting, including guidance on claims and dispute resolution processes (litigation/arbitration handled by other team members). 2-3 in office or fully remote for suitable candidates living interstate. The ideal candidate: Prior construction law experience required. Minimum 5 PQE required Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
