Restaurant Operations Executive Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Overall management of restaurant staff including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Inventory management including stock ordering and control.
* Shift management ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Reporting to senior management including owners/directors.
Necessary Skills & Experience:
* A highly motivated leader who can motivate staff to deliver exceptional results.
* Strong passion for food and delivering excellent customer experiences.
* Possess a positive 'can-do' attitude with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Candidates with nomination for Temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered.
