About the role
As the User Interface Designer, you will work closely with product managers, user researchers, developers and fellow designers to deliver high‐quality, user‐centred interface design outcomes.
You will translate user insights into clear, intuitive and accessible digital experiences, supporting ongoing enhancements to a major government procurement platform.

* Produce low‐fidelity through to high‐fidelity interface designs
* Prepare clean, well‐organised and developer‐ready design files
* Iterate designs based on user, stakeholder and team feedback
* Apply strong accessibility and WCAG principles throughout the design process
What we're looking for
* Proven Figma experience, delivering low‐to‐high‐fidelity designs within established design systems
* Strong experience applying patterns, reusable components and visual standards consistently
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary agile teams
* Experience translating research insights into intuitive interface design concepts
* Practical experience with Figma and Miro, including wireframes, prototypes and interface components
* Strong ability to refine and iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
* Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive web design
* Experience working within iterative sprint‐based delivery environments
