However, passion for food, following Barnacle Bill recipes and directions from your Head Cook is essential to maintaining and delivering the Barnacle Bill high standard of food and customer service standards.

Time Management
Main Responsibilities
Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
Prepping various ingredients such as fish, chicken
Collaborating with the Cook to prepare meals.
Cooking and presenting meals as per the recipes
Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep are and kitchen is cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift.
Update the stock records.
Rotate and use stock as per procedures.
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
Communicate to Cook stock levels.
