Construction Supervisor
Roster: December 2025 to June 2026 with potential for extension| Monday to Friday, 8 - 10 hour days with potential weekend works.
Location: Eastern Creek and some travel to Metro Sydney Sites
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting with in office construction management of 2-3 Major Projects.
Primarily mechanical plant erection and installs and civil construction based projects.
- Managing a team of 5-10 people
- Contribute to maintaining a respectful workplace for all employees
- Ensure timely communication of schedules, changes, and work progress to stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all subcontractors on-site to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to review progress, address issues, and communicate project expectations.
- Verify that subcontractors have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks effectively.
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor site operations to ensure they are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate logistics, including the delivery and storage of materials and equipment, to minimize disruptions and delays.
Skills & Experience
- Project management experience
- Mechanical trade experience
- Team management exposure within a supervisory role
- Experience delivering Brownfield construction projects
