The Role We are seeking an Associate Divisional Controller to support multiple business divisions through financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. In this role, you will act as a key finance business partner, providing insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. You will ensure financial reporting is accurate and delivered on time while working closely with internal stakeholders and offshore teams to support business performance and financial planning. This position requires a commercially minded and analytical finance professional who can build strong stakeholder relationships while delivering high-quality financial insights. Key Responsibilities Deliver Monthly Business Reports (MBR), forecasts and business plans ensuring financial data is accurate and delivered on time Provide financial analysis and commentary on business performance, including cost drivers, inventory management and margin development Act as a finance business partner supporting operational and strategic decision-making across divisions Monitor financial data and ensure reporting accuracy in line with internal processes and financial regulations Conduct profitability analysis, project costing and support transfer-pricing documentation Coordinate financial reporting requirements across divisions and collaborate with offshore teams where required Support annual budgeting processes and ongoing forecasting cycles Monitor divisional financial performance including variances in expenditure, headcount, capital and operational costs Prepare investment justifications and evaluate business cases from a financial perspective Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and operational teams Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business CPA or CA qualification preferred Minimum 3-5 years' commercial finance, controlling or business partnering experience Good knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience with SAP FI/CO and financial reporting systems preferred Experience with Power BI or HFM is advantageous Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a large organisation Some flexibility is required for this role, including occasional after-hours meetings with offshore teams and potential travel within APAC or Europe when required.
