is currently seeking
two experienced Test Analysts
to join a fast-moving delivery team on a Melbourne-based engagement. These roles are ideal for testers with a strong workflow mindset, hands-on CRM testing experience, and the ability to hit the ground running.
About the Role
You will be embedded within a delivery squad, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and product owners to ensure end-to-end quality across complex workflows and integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
* Execute functional, system, and workflow-based testing
* Validate CRM processes and integrations end-to-end
* Identify, log, track, and retest defects through to resolution
* Work collaboratively in a fast-paced delivery environment
* Contribute to test documentation, test plans, and execution reports
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Test Analyst in delivery environments
* Strong workflow and process-driven testing mindset
* Hands-on CRM testing experience
* Experience testing integrations and data flows
* Oracle experience highly regarded (nice to have)
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to start ASAP
