We're seeking for a creative Marketing Assistant in a hands-on role.

About the Role
Reporting to theMarketing and Communications Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting Crosslinks' marketing and communications to help us connect with participants, families, support coordinators, and the wider community.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position - working 38hrs per fortnight, ideal for someone who is organised, creative, and confident working across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and supporting content acrossFacebookandLinkedIn.
Coordinating the monthly digital staff newsletter, including writing, editing, and distribution.
Supporting other regular digital publications, including formatting and distribution.
Supporting internal and external events, including planning, coordinating promotional activities and support on the day.
Creating engaging, on-brand visual content usingCanva.
Support maintaining WordPress website content.
Working closely with the team to ensure written communication is consistent, inclusive, and aligned withThe Crosslinks Way.
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
2 years minimum experience in a similar role.
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Experience using Canva to create on brand, eye-catching, professional designs.
Experience supporting small scale events, with a collaborative, positive approach and a willingness to jump in and help where needed.
Familiarity with WordPress websites.
A creative, organised approach to deliver fresh ideas with high attention to detail, and pride in producing quality work.
Current WA Driver's License.
