RoadTek is a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads. We provide transport infrastructure solutions for projects across Queensland. Mandatory Qualifications and Conditions
- Valid Queensland 'C' class driver's licence or equivalent.
- You may be required to travel to other locations to undertake activities for varying periods of time. You will be entitled to expenses and allowances for such travel.
- Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate
- A thorough understanding of procurement policies, processes and procurement planning which contribute to tactical procurement activities.
- A recognition of how own work directly contributes to the organisation's vision and community outcomes.
- Prioritisation of projects and tasks efficiently, in line with team commitments.
- The ability to communicate explicitly, succinctly and deliberately, adjusting the message so that it resonates with different stakeholders. Supports others by providing timely information within own area of expertise in an articulate and non‐technical manner.
- Respect and appreciation for legislation and policy frameworks by consistently operating to key standards. Upholds integrity through responsible management and use of processes and resources.
