Job Overview

To excel in the hospitality industry, we seek a highly skilled Guest Experience Professional to deliver exceptional customer service and make every guest feel valued.

A typical day for you will involve:

* Welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring their stay is nothing short of unforgettable.
* Recognizing and rewarding loyalty program members, InterContinental Ambassadors, and repeat guests with personalized attention.
* Efficiently handling guest bookings, upgrades, and amenities while promoting our hotel's offerings.
* Processing payments seamlessly and ensuring a swift check-in and check-out process.
* Anticipating guests' needs and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing concerns and offering solutions.
* Maintaining a professional appearance and upholding our brand values at all times.

What We Need from You:

* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to turn challenges into opportunities and create memorable experiences.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts between 7am and 11pm, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Literacy, basic math skills, and proficiency in using computers are essential.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
* Australian working rights are mandatory.
