Key Responsibilities
- High-End Finishing: Execute intricate painting and decorating techniques with precision, ensuring flawless finishes that meet the highest standards of quality.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision and preferences, offering expert advice and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the project.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of decorative elements.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging techniques to continually bring fresh, creative ideas to our projects.
- Own work Vehicle and Tools
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in high-end painting and decorating, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to handle complex and luxurious projects.
- Skills: Mastery of various painting techniques, including faux finishes, glazing, and custom wall coverings. Proficiency in both traditional and modern application methods is essential.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for detail that ensures every aspect of the work is executed to perfection. At XP Finishes we want Painters and Decorators who care and take care in their works.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
