Leading a passionate team supporting aged care, disability, and mental health services in the Kimberley is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a respected Aboriginal Medical Service. With a focus on culturally safe service delivery and continuous improvement, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team of caseworkers, coordinators, and social workers.
This full-time leadership role reports to the Community Services Executive Manager and oversees teams across aged care, disability, and SEWB (Social & Emotional Wellbeing) services. You will be responsible for:
* Embedding our Model of Care and ensuring culturally safe service delivery
* Promoting person-centred care and compliance in assessments and care plans
* Driving continuous improvement, team development, and community engagement
As a leader in this field, you will bring:
* A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or similar
* 2-3+ years leadership experience in aged care, disability, mental health, or SEWB
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working cross-culturally
* Adaptability, solution-focus, and a strategic mindset
* Experience in an Aboriginal Medical Service is highly regarded
