About the Role
As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of a residential property portfolio in the Logan region. This hybrid (2 days per week in the office located in Sanctuary Cove) position involves tenant relations, maintenance coordination, financial oversight, and ensuring properties are well-presented and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage rent collection, monitor payments, and enforce lease agreements
* Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, repair requests, and emergency situations
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, supervise contractors, and conduct regular inspections across Logan and surrounding suburbs
* Advertise and market rental properties, including managing listings on online platforms
* Prepare budgets, maintain accurate financial records, and generate reports
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal legislation, including fair housing and building regulations
* Provide regular performance, financial, and tenancy reports to owners and clients
About You
* Must have active Real Estate certificate or licence
* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in property management
* Property Management certification highly regarded
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
* Knowledge of real estate legislation and industry regulations
* Experience using property management software
