The Opportunity
Be at the forefront of delivering UniSC's new nursing curriculum in 2027. In this dynamic, fixed‐term role, you will coordinate technical support changes across multiple campuses, ensuring smooth implementation through strong planning, analysis and documentation. Working within the Nursing and Midwifery Technical Operations team, you'll play a key role in managing administrative processes and supporting a team of technicians to successfully deliver change over a nine‐month period.
Responsibilities
* Support the Team Leader (Nursing and Midwifery), to coordinate change requirements in technical support aligned to the new nursing curriculum in 2027.
* Provide specialist support in mapping, spaces, workflows, equipment and personnel to ensure the effective delivery and administration of practical programs with transformative learning outcomes and consistently across all campuses.
* Scope the technical support required for the delivery of immersive simulation activities across allocated sites, to support the proposed high‐quality clinical learning experiences.
Qualifications
* Current registration with APHRA as a registered nurse (Postgraduate qualifications desirable), with at least four years' of demonstrated experience in the provision of a broad range of activities in support of undergraduate teaching in the assigned discipline/s. Alternatively, extensive experience (greater than 5 years) of direct operations within the assigned discipline may be considered acceptable;
* Demonstrated change management skills to plan and deliver change plans for technical teams across multiple campuses, ensuring high‐quality and consistent delivery of practical learning experiences;
* Ability to create and develop mapping of workflows, spaces, equipment and personnel to determine and forecast needs for multiple scenarios and learning environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to gain cooperation from the relevant stakeholders, negotiate service level deliverables and manage reporting. Including effectively working with a wide range of stakeholders and personality types;
* Proven experience in providing expert technical advice to academic staff to support the effective implementation of course content and enhance pedagogical outcomes;
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with a high attention to detail; and
* Current driver's licence.
