Job Description:
* Oversight of building maintenance and ensuring facilities are clean and well-serviced.
* Repairing facilities, managing maintenance schedules, and supporting unregulated inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Co-ordinate the repair of facilities and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
* Participate in unregulated inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in building maintenance or a related field.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
