Lead Asset Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive improvements in maintenance management programs and support key asset management practices within our infrastructure delivery division.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the real-world challenges of infrastructure maintenance and can help enable smarter systems and practices to inform long-term planning objectives.
You will work closely with technical and operational teams, data systems, and within asset system frameworks to ensure our infrastructure delivers maximum long-term value to the community through obtaining critical asset data and quantifying risk.
The successful candidate will have extensive maintenance management exposure in a medium to large multi-disciplined organisation and a deep understanding of ISO55000 standards and practises in a local government setting.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate asset performance and service level needs to executives, peers, and operational teams, simplify complexity, engage stakeholders, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
