Position Summary
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive records and ensuring that our client's information is up to date. Serving as a trusted resource for our clients, you will answer their queries and offer valuable insights into their financial data. Manage a variety of bookkeeping tasks and provide back up support on administration tasks, contributing to a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing account payments;
* Perform monthly account reconciliations;
* Regularly perform bank reconciliations;
* Assist with Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) and Business Activity Statements (BAS);
* Data entry and management;
* Maintenance of computer-based administration file;
* Maintenance of client files;
* Processing and lodging Superannuation
* Payroll
* Support and mentor junior bookkeeping staff
