Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Coordinate the day-to-day facility services across corporate sites ensuring timely responses to reactive maintenance queries and scheduled maintenance activities.
* Support the coordination of Essential Safety Measures' (ESM) compliance across corporate facilities.
* Assist with the administration of property and tenancy agreements.
* Monitor contractor performance and support project delivery.
* Contribute to the delivery of our workplace strategy by supporting improvements such as refurbishments and relocations.
