Two Bobs Sourdough Bakery is looking for a baker and Pastry Chef. We are situated in beautful Nelson Bay, Port Stephens. We are a small family run business, and encourage a friendly professional work environment.
We are looking for a motivated learner, with a passion for baking and patisserie to join our small team. Experience is preferred but not essential, a background in hospitality is ideal. If you are fed up with hospitality hours, split shifts, etc, this could be the job for you. 3 a.m. starts most days and finish by lunchtime.
Must have full working rights in Australia.
Certificate III in Patisserie/Commercial Cookery/Baking or equivalent qualification is preferred.
You will learn all aspects of sourdough production baking, mixing and hand shaping. As well as laminated dough production, while working with our small friendly & dedicated team on a daily basis.
