About Our Nurse Role
This role assists in providing high-quality care and support for patients within a surgical unit.
* Specialising in the treatment and education of patients, employees, and families regarding treatment protocols.
* Ensuring direct clinical nursing care is undertaken during shifts with regular communication between colleagues.
* Optimising patient care through active participation in patient care and safety processes.
Your Skills & Qualifications
* Current registration with relevant authorities;
* Experience working in HDU/Surgical environments with training provided for the right candidate;
* Developed leadership skills within a team environment;
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
* Flexibility to work all shifts on a rotating roster.
