**Director, Agribusiness Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director to lead our agribusiness team. The successful candidate will be responsible for valuing commercial and industrial assets across Australia, including a wide range of rural property types such as dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure, and water entitlements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Broad selection of agribusiness-based properties
* Quality clients from the private, corporate, institutional, and financial sectors
* Best in class valuation delivery and quality assurance platform
* Collaborate extensively with the agribusiness transaction team
* Travel to regional/remote areas of Western Australia
* Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development and client engagement by taking ownership of new and existing client relationships
* Cross-functional collaboration with other service lines across the organization and complete valuation work for mutual clients
* Identify and pursue opportunities in other geographic locations and product lines
Qualifications:**
* Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API) and Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification
* Strong business acumen and ability to build effective relationships with key internal and external contacts
* Valid Australian driver's license
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills to generate information that informs sound business decisions
