Business Development Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven business development specialist to join our high-performing team at a premium golf and sporting destination. This full-time role is focused on driving growth across the golf and sporting groups market through proactive sales activity.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a genuine passion for golf or sporting groups. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase group bookings and revenue, managing key accounts, generating leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of group experiences.
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or the sporting industry
* Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of hitting targets
* A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to driving growth
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A genuine passion for golf or sporting groups, and an understanding of this market
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
