About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaner to service clients primarily located outdoors in parkland.
Classification: Level 1
Rate: $32.31 per hour (higher for weekend or early shifts), plus other allowances as applicable
Shifts: Varied in line with seasonal requirements. The sites become particularly busy from September through to April.
Location: 12 Apostles, Port Campbell
What You'll Be Doing
Collect and dispose of trash – Empty bins and pick up litter throughout the park.
Sweep and wash areas – Pathways, benches, park offices, and public facilities.
Clean playgrounds, picnic spots, and BBQ areas – Ensure equipment and tables are hygienic.
Remove graffiti and minor vandalism – Keep structures and amenities tidy.
Manage natural debris – Rake leaves, pick up branches, and clear waste.
Report hazards or maintenance issues – Alert management to broken equipment, unsafe BBQs, stock requirements or other issues.
What You'll Bring
Have the right to work in Australia, WWCC, current National police check
Have a driver licence and reliable personal vehicle to travel to place of work
Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageous
Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage tasks effectively
High level of customer service skills with a friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and passion for cleanliness
Have an acceptable level of physical and mental fitness
