Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Foreman / Leading Hand to join our Sunshine Coast team.
About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead from the front, working alongside your crew to deliver high-quality outcomes across pipeline and civil infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities:
* Supervise and work alongside crews delivering water and sewer infrastructure
* Lead pipeline installation, maintenance and repair works
* Rehabilitation and renewals work across sewerage, water and related infrastructure.
* Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
* Operate plant and equipment where ticketed
* Assist with general labouring as required
About you
You’re a practical, on-site leader who takes ownership, communicates well, and drives results through your team.
Essential:
* Proven experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand in civil infrastructure (water/sewer preferred)
* Construction White Card
* Current driver’s licence
* Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
* Ability to lead teams and coordinate site activities
Highly regarded:
* MR truck licence
* Excavator competency
* Confined space & working at heights tickets
* Welding experience (Electrofusion, Extrusion, Butt Welding)
