Logistics Manager Job Description
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient movement and storage of goods within our stores. This involves managing inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, and maintaining accurate records.
* Lead a team to ensure seamless processes in receiving, ticketing, and security tagging of goods.
* Maintain dock and reserve drop-off areas in excellent condition.
* Coordinate deliveries and high intake of goods, promoting task rotation among team members.
* Analyze store reports, investigate stock variances, and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with Stock Loss Management procedures.
* Promote effective waste management practices within the Logistics function.
* Foster a culture of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) excellence.
* Nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and inspire individual capabilities within the Logistics team.
