Role DescriptionIn this Full-time role, the Podcast Producer/Editor will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of podcasts, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing episodes. The role requires close collaboration with podcast hosts, guests, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality content. Additional responsibilities may include managing schedules, coordinating equipment setup, and ensuring deadlines are met.
QualificationsExperience with audio recording, video/audio editing, and mastering toolsProficiency in popular audio editing software such as Pro Tools, Audacity, or Adobe AuditionProficiency in Adobe PremiereKnowledge of audio storytelling techniques and creative content curationStrong organizational and project management skills for planning and executing episodesExcellent communication skills for working with hosts, guests, and other collaboratorsWillingness to learn and stay updated with podcasting trends and best practicesDetail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlinesBasic knowledge of marketing and distribution strategies for podcastsPrior experience in podcast production or media content creation is preferred
