Trainee Scheduler / Construction Support
We are currently seeking a full-time Trainee Scheduler/Construction Support to join our team based in our Osborne Park office.
You will work closely with the scheduling and construction team, assisting with administration for our site supervisors, reconciling of invoices and liaising with trades and suppliers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in the residential construction industry, in a role where you can gain hands‑on experience with full training and support, and a growth opportunity that will allow the right candidate to be promoted into a Scheduler role.
Responsibilities
* Raise and manage orders for suppliers and subcontractors.
* Split and forward purchase orders to the relevant suppliers including providing copies to Supervisors and Schedulers.
* Manage and process all invoice exceptions from accounts payable.
* Raise extra orders for additional works done on site as requested by site supervisors.
* Additional duties as directed by the Scheduling Manager.

* Experience in similar role essential (minimum 1-2 years in the residential building industry).
