Join us developing reliable, maintainable device hardware test systems that raise the quality bar of our hearing-health devices.
You'll work closely with Electronics Engineers and cross-functional partners such as Software Engineers and Hardware Engineers to deliver scalable testing that enables effective verification & validation (V&V) performance.
While this is first and foremost a Test System Developer role, you will also support the team in a Scrum Master–like capacity – helping to plan, facilitate and continuously improve the way we work.
Your new job is awaiting your attention
The focus of this job is to improve the quality and reliability of our Device Hardware Test Software and Test Systems by driving better V&V and product confidence. We use Scrum as the daily approach to plan and execute the development.
As part of the job, you will:
Design, model, implement and test hardware-centric test solutions aligned to feature requirements.
Build and maintain automated test systems for device hardware; instrumentation, measurement/control, calibration and traceability.
Integrate hardware and software; drivers, interfaces, and services that talk to instruments, sensors, and DUTs.
Contribute to system and software architecture by reviewing designs and proposing improvements to reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Participate in planning, estimation, and agile/SAFe ceremonies as an integral contributor to the ART and help ensure effective execution of the team's commitments.
Support the team in a Scrum Master–like role by facilitating Scrum events, helping remove impediments, and driving continuous improvement of our ways of working.
Take part in the full software development lifecycle and contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices incl. mentor teammates.
Create and review technical documentation; coordinate and solve complex design challenges with stakeholders.
Great environment and team collaboration
You will join two other experienced Test System Developers, who have been with us for a long time.
It is basic conditions in Demant that we offer motivating tasks, good working environments, and personal and professional development. Hence our 3rd member of the team has just begun as Scrum Master for another team, why we are looking for a new member.
Joining our small team means you can look forward to good collaboration with daily sharing of professional knowledge and experience.
As Taweesap Dangprasert, Manager, Test Systems Development says: "The wellbeing of the team is something that is very important for me".
