Location: Inner Sydney suburb Start: ASAP An established Australian-based organisation is undertaking a significant ERP systems integration project following the acquisition of a new operation. To support this transition, the business is seeking an experienced, hands-on ERP Project Manager to lead the migration from NetSuite onto the organisation's long-standing internal ERP platform. This role is ideal for an ERP specialist who has experience with NetSuite and ERP integration and is confident working end-to-end across planning, data extraction, mapping, migration, testing, cutover, and stakeholder engagement. What You'll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end ERP migration from NetSuite to an internal ERP system. Develop and maintain the project plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting. Extract and validate core NetSuite datasets, including Inventor, Accounts / Finance, Creditors & Debtors, Customer & SKU datasets Oversee data cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and dependency checks. Identify typical ERP risks and gaps to mitigate timeline impacts. Manage testing cycles, user validation, and cutover planning to ensure business continuity. Partner closely with internal developers, support staff, and the Head of IT. Maintain clear documentation and governance throughout the project. What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations. Exposure and strong understanding of NetSuite is essential. Experience migrating to or from NetSuite (highly advantageous). Hands-on experience with data extraction, mapping, and business process alignment. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to operate effectively in a fully on-site environment. What to do next?
