Our Tax business offers opportunities across Australian offices, from Senior Consultant to Manager grade. You'll use your tax consulting experience to navigate the complex tax environment with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Understand clients' unique needs as a trusted tax professional.
* Support iconic clients across financial services, navigating the changing tax landscape, and building trusted relationships.
* Manage client portfolios, driving relationships, and liaising with taxation authorities.
* Support complex and strategic tax projects, exposing you to border Corporate and Global tax business, including Tax Controversy, US tax Advisory Services, Goods and Services Tax, and Real Estate and Infrastructure Tax.
* Work with clients and the team to proactively manage Australian tax obligations through a strong understanding of their circumstances and requirements.
* Develop strategies to solve complex tax technical questions and deliver on client timelines.
* Drive technology to enhance compliance processes for clients and the wider Corporate and Global tax business.
* Demonstrate a passion for change, helping our Tax team navigate the complex tax environment with innovative solutions.
* Show interest in technology and automation benefits.
* Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Postgraduate academic qualifications like MBA or Masters are highly regarded.
* Experience delivering tax advisory and compliance services in a profession service environment, such as Big 4 accounting firm, mid-tier firm, or Law firm.
* Good understanding of the Australian Tax market with exposure to International markets.
* Use data analytics to provide insights for decision-making purposes.
* Partner with clients for regulatory reviews, investigations, disclosures.
* Efficient with attention to detail and strong research skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, with excellent business writing and Excel skills.
* Collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
