Kinney is an Australian women’s fashion brand that creates timeless pieces with easy wear and casual luxury in mind. Today Kinney are stocked in over 100+ retailers across Australia and New Zealand with new plans for 2024/25.

Our office is based in Stirling in the beautiful Adelaide hills.

Position Overview

You will also be responsible for Kinney’s customer service/dispatch and returns of online and wholesale customers.

You will play a crucial role in a varied position and enjoy diversity in your day-to-day responsibilities.

This is a well-suited role to someone who has previous customer service or warehouse experience, enjoys working in the fast-paced environment of a small business and wishes to build on their skills and grow into a fashion wholesale or operations position.

You will also support our Brand Manager with light administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

Customer service

* Responsible for providing daily exceptional and effective customer service via phone, email, chat and social media.

* Process all returns accurately and within the specified time frame.

* Inspect returned items for quality and compliance with our return policy.

* Coordinate and resolve any customer issues related to returns.

Warehouse/dispatch/returns:

* Handle mail and courier services, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.

* Keep our stock room organised and tidy

* Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked

* Dispatch online and wholesale orders in a timely manner.

* Conduct regular stock audits and stock take.

* Process all returns accurately and within the specified time frame.

* Inspect returned items for quality and compliance with our return policy.

Skills and Qualifications

* Previous experience in returns/warehouse management or administrative support, ideally within e-commerce.

* Basic knowledge of Shopify platform would be advantageous

* Highly organised and motivated

* Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.

* A commitment to outstanding standards and high-level service.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Physical fitness, as this role will involve some heavy lifting of stock (up to 15-20kg).
