DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced
Salesforce Environment Operations Engineer
to join our Government Client team.
Role responsibilities
Execute sandbox refreshes and manage environment synchronization
Coordinate refresh schedules and document activities
Conduct daily workplace health checks and monitor integrations
Manage issue triage and escalate environment problems
Track performance metrics and maintain monitoring dashboards
Execute and validate deployments using CI/CD pipelines
Support rollback procedures and maintain deployment documentation
Provision test users and manage permissions
Handle test data loading, anonymization, and refresh cycles
Support test user access and maintain related documentation
Process environment support requests and liaise with Salesforce support
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and environment documentation
Participate in audits, compliance, incident response, and problem management
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Identify and implement operational improvements
Document processes and support automation initiatives
Participate in knowledge sharing and support automation transition
Skills
Salesforce Administrator and Omnistudio Consultant certification
Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT)
Experience in environment-related issues management, including triage troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation
Experience in government or large enterprise environments
Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Datadog)
