Details Work Type: Permanent Salary Range: $130,001+ Whats on Offer: Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aged Care Facility Manager to lead our clients residential aged care facility and ensure the highest standards of care and operational excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Facility Manager with strong leadership and management skills to drive quality improvements, enhance resident satisfaction and maintain compliance with aged care regulations.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care.
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation requirements, and relevant legislation.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation effectively.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
Engage with residents, families, and stakeholders to enhance the resident experience.
Implement and monitor risk management and clinical governance strategies.
Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in aged care management, preferably as a General Manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of aged care regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Financial and business acumen, with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of older Australians.
