Job Description
We are seeking an experienced facilities professional who takes pride in contributing to exceptional building operations and presentation standards. As part of our wider Real Estate Management division, you will manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to improve the environmental performance of our clients' assets.
Other key accountabilities include:
* Ensure building compliance and drive engineering standards across the portfolio.
* Manage the day-to-day operations and presentation of properties, including security, maintenance and safety.
* Develop and enhance the team's facilities management service offering.
* Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor operating expenditure and review monthly budgets.
* Support Property Managers with the preparation of monthly client reports.
* Oversee facilities management systems and ensure accurate data management.
Qualifications
Further skills and experience you will bring to the role include:
* Facilities or Building Management role, in a commercial environment.
* Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.
* Experience using computer based building maintenance and management systems.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
