The opportunity

About you
* High interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
* Experience in Disability, Health, or Employment sectors is preferred
* Ability to overcome objections and break down employment barriers for people with disabilities
* Awareness of vulnerabilities related to employment and the effects of unemployment
* Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Hold a current Working With Vulnerable People Check (required prior to employment; reimbursement provided upon commencement if successful)
* Ability to obtain a police check (arranged through MAX)
* Ability to obtain a registered myID name prior to employment
