The role
About our role
The key responsibilities include creating and managing staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all services. The role involves matching carers to clients based on their skills, experience, and availability to provide the best possible support. It also requires filling last‐minute shift gaps to maintain continuity of care.
- Permanent full‐time position
- Based at either Wollongong or Campbelltown
- Opportunity for Work from Home options
- Hours include 11:00am – 7:00pm Monday – Friday, with a weekend on‐call rotation to be shared amongst the team
- The hourly rate for this position is $38.65 per hour

About you
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal & external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to the role, including scheduling systems, communication tools, and other relevant software.
- Availability to work a rotating roster between 7am to 7pm 5 days a week.
