Job Description
Your tasks will be:
* Implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving KPI's, budgets and revenues
* Create and update action plans and financial objectives
* Identify business opportunities in Corporate, MICE and Leisure segment by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
* Develop and agree Hotel sales plans
* Proactive in sales, deal with key partners
* Supervising, developing and motivating the work of the reservation and sales team
* Ensure and take care of the Marketing materials of the hotel
Qualifications
We're looking for you if:
* You have previous experience inhotel sales director or manager (minimum of 3-5 years)
* Your English knowledge is excellent
* You have excellent negotiation, organization and communication skills
* You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset
* You are highly responsible and reliable
* You are Guest - and quality-oriented thinking
* You know OPERA system is an advantage
* You are up to date with the latest online marketing trends and best practices
