The Data and Document Controller role provides essential support to the Design and Engineering team through the delivery and application of effective and efficient data and document control. It provides output which satisfies the standards of Austal, the client and regulatory authorities.

What’s Involved
* Assists with coordination and control of data and documents.
* Providing administrative support to the Design and Engineering team.
* Assists with implementation of new systems and processes.
You’ll Need
Essential
* Formal qualification in Administration, Business Administration, or similar disciplines (or equivalent experience).
* Strong demonstrated knowledge and experience in Data and Document Control / Information Management Systems
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to prioritise conflicting demands.
Desirable
* Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
* An understanding of the design & production process with regards to ship building.
* Ability to initiate improvements within the business.
