We're partnering with a well-established, globally connected organisation to appoint a Group Finance Manager in a high-impact role supporting senior leadership across multiple entities.
This is a hands‐on leadership position offering ownership across core finance functions, with the opportunity to influence strategic decision‐making in a stable, values‐led environment.
Reporting to the Group FC, you will take ownership of group-level financial operations across 8 entities.
Key responsibilities
* Leading the group budgeting and forecasting process end-to-end
* Managing consolidations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Supporting and delivering project finance initiatives, including capex and strategic investments
* Overseeing month‐end and year‐end reporting requirements
* Partnering with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision‐making
* Driving process improvements across reporting, systems, and controls
* Managing and mentoring 1 direct report
About You
* You're a technically strong and commercially aware FM or SFA
* Experience in a multi entity environment
* Proven experience in group reporting and consolidations
* Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* Experience supporting or leading project finance / capex initiatives
* High attention to detail with a hands‐on approach
