We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in New South Wales.
About the Role
* Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth, volume, and profitability across retail and on-premise channels.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term business partnerships.
* Lead execution of promotional and pricing plans to ensure compliance with national agreements and local alignment.
* Drive distribution of core SKUs and new product developments across retail and on-premise channels.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and accurate state forecasting.
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute events, activations, and in-store/on-premise promotions to build brand visibility and trial.
* Manage and grow retail and on-premise accounts across New South Wales.
* Develop and implement local events and sampling plans to build brand awareness and trial.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute.
Requirements
* A hunter mentality and robust commercial acumen.
* Experience planning and executing events, activations, and in-store/on-premise promotions.
* A full clean drivers license and willingness to travel 3-4 days per week, including overnight stays as needed.
* Strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship building skills.
* Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level.
